Steve has been an educator, leader, and influencer over the past 37 years. He has helped raise standards across hundreds of post-14, further, and higher education providers. His chief focus has been to ensure that learners get the education and training they need to improve their lives. He has held various roles as a senior educational leader and teacher over 20 years. He has 17 years of inspection knowledge and expertise from national roles in two inspectorates. These government organisations included the Adult Learning Inspectorate and Ofsted as one of Her Majesty's Inspectors. He holds governing non-executive board, chair and advisory positions with several further and higher education providers. He has an exemplary record of improving the health and efficacy of organisations.
